Bridgett Silva

Bridgett has been studying yoga for over 10 years. In 2000 she attended the University of California Riverside, International Extension and completed the fundamentals of Yoga. A specialized study program, a three professional level cirriculum developed in consultation with Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar. In 2000 and 2003 she completed the Teacher Training Certificate programs from Yoga Place in Costa Mesa, CA. In 2001 Bridgett attended the Iyengar Yoga Odyssey with Dr. Geeta Iyengar. Teaching now for over 8 years Bridgett enjoys sharing and continuously exploring the ancient art, science and philosophy of Yoga.
